This time I made Colorful Rays. I used the Gradient Flare for creating it by removing some part of it. The removed part were the Glow and the Second Flares which leave only Rays. Then, I set up the Radial, Angular, and the Angular Size. I also set the the additional setting like size and the number of flares. After that, I apply it to the canvas. Then, I added more layer for more flares but different colors. Then, I set the layer into Addition mode. Done. That is how I finished the Colorful Rays.
